Ridiculous package “Go Green”
1. The venue is nice, and the game was a fine football game, but wish the outcome was different. Overall, I had a really nice time.
2. The staff at the coliseum was very friendly and helpful, even more so than I expected. My daughter, a big Peyton Manning fan, begged me to take her to this being my first NFL game after attending many college games.
3. Before the game, I called the 1 800-RAIDERS number to express my frustration about the "go green" package with $10.00 worth of BART passes. The guy on the phone was worthless, showing no concern for the issue and blaming Ticketmaster for the package. He seemed uninterested and rushed to end the call.
4. I ordered the package thinking I could use the BART passes for the trip, but I was wrong. You need to be at the venue to pick up the passes, which requires buying additional passes to get there. At the BART station, they sold passes with the exact fare for the game, making the package redundant unless you live in the Bay area. This left me with $20.00 worth of useless passes, when I would have preferred the package with food passes if I had known.
